Hi again! A couple of weekends ago I was happy to supply some simple spring bouquets I designed and arranged into various shaped and different size vases to sell at the Sunday Market in Stockbridge. The excellent  weather brought out many folks keen to buy small gifts of flowers for friends and family, particularly with Easter in mind. So if you were in the neighborhood on that day I’m sure you will agree it was an all an excellent experience!

As you have seen on the About page, I have been a practicing florist for many years now and am excited to finally having my own business launched. I had originally intended to open a “bricks-and-mortar” flower shop in Edinburgh but after looking at many premises – including operating businesses that were available to purchase – I decided that in the present economic climate and given that the cost of leases were still unreasonably high I would opt for an online business. This also provided to opportunity to offer flowers and arrangements at very competitive prices not having the overheads and other costs associated with a high-street shop to contend with. Still, I’m not discounting the possibility of opening a high-street business in the future, and if I do I will certainly announce it here first.
